Shipping Information

We proudly ship our jewelry collections worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Each order is carefully packaged in our signature velvet pouches to ensure your treasures arrive in perfect condition.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Shipping Fee: $12.95 USD
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over $50 USD
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Veloura piece as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition – unworn with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact (including our velvet pouch)
  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided
  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Important Exception

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request:

  2. Receive Authorization:

    Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.

  3. Ship Your Return:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing (varies by issuer)
  • PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved

Damaged or Defective Items
